Who we are:
MMC is a company that does business in 3 countries in the world that employs 26 people and still growing fast. The company operates in Latin America and Africa. Our Group is planning to expand to other countries and continents in the shortcoming future.
Introduction
MMC was established by CEO and Cofounder Dirk Jansen van Vuuren in 2019. During a couple of months, we have managed to turn the business, originally a small company having only two employees, into a strong and international company, which now operates in a number of countries all over the world and will soon grow and spread across the world. We make it a top priority to build and maintain partnerships with distinguished international partners, to build and deliver tailored solutions to our customers. Moreover, MMC is a Conveyor installation, material and solutions supply company, with extensive experience of big projects, implementing solutions for our clients. Trust, Integrity and Teamwork are the values upon which we built our growth and success, and which we live and work by with more than 47 years of combined senior experience.

Maintenance:
MMC believes in the commitment of total cost of ownership. With this said we provide proactive inspections and do preventative maintenance for our clients. This includes that proactive inspections are done so that general maintenance can be performed on scheduled shutdowns to prevent unnecessary breakdowns and stoppages. These services include weekly and day to day services of belt repairs, lagging applications on pulleys, replacement of conveyor idlers, scheduling of conveyor changeouts, to be proactive in preparation and to make replacements as quick as possible to reduce downtime to our clients so that production can be delivered and Plant production Goals can be reached.
Engineering and Designs:
MMC can provide planning, design and consulting services for the most difficult conveyor installation projects and equipment needs. We provide the following.
Consultations for any installations
Designs of equipment needed for complex installations
Designs to improve installations reducing downtime on breakdowns
Flaking stations
Heavy duty winders for long overland installations
Splice station designs and recommendations
Inspections and Fault finding:
We can assist with fault finding inspections on conveyor systems to determine what measures can be put in place and how to resolve any conveying issues on your conveyor trajectories by suppling inspection reports with recommendations to resolve unwanted problems.
QA/QC
We provide skilled Supervision to do Assessments during splicing of conveyor belts, to ensure that International standards and specifications is adhered to, giving you the highest possible life expectancy for your splices.
Training:
Theoretical and physical training for unskilled and learning employees on splicing of conveyors, pulley lagging and rubber lining (English and Spanish).
